October 20, 2007 - By

With a 5-3 lead in the third period, the Amerks were unable to hold on and ended up losing there fourth street in a shootout loss to the Manitoba Moose by the score of 6-5.

“Even when we gave something up, we responded right away, like a veteran team,” MacArthur said.

They did play well after coming off of an embarrassing 7-1 loss to the Moose on Wednesday night in Manitoba, but with a 5-3 lead into the third they seemed to let down there guard.

Even after four straight losses, this young team has shown signs that could lead to great improvements as the season moves on.
