Amerks Announce 2010-11 Training Camp Roster

Here’s the camp roster,  hold the excitement!  Sarcasm aside, it’s typical for a training camp roster to make you ask who half the players are.  One name that may look familiar is Tommy Goebel.  He played in five games at the end of the 07-08 season with the Amerks and tallied two goals and three assists.

More in the coming days on these players.

About the author... I started LetsGoAmerks.com in 2007 when there was a hole in the media universe regarding coverage of the Rochester Americans (there still is). The team has provided media access which allows us to obtain information and interviews. You won't find coverage about the team like this anywhere else! 1. Despite getting cut from the panthers camp roster before it even started, I still hope DeLory finds a way to make the squad. He’s on the last year of his entry level deal, why not have him here for extra toughness when needed? With him, Peters (when and if he’s even here) and Grant in the lineup, we’re one of the toughest teams in the league.

  2. DeLory is also listed as a defenseman which is still a questionable position on this team. The defense has really lacked a physical presence.
