Amerks 2018-2019 Early Bird Season Ticket Pricing

The Rochester Americans released early bird pricing for season tickets for the 2018/2019 season and there’s no price increase from last season if you renew or purchase early. That’s right, no price increase.

Depending on on when you renewed in the past it’s possible for three straight seasons at the same price.

Rob Minter, Vice President of Business Operations, sent out a letter to existing season ticket holders that included the following:

“As we continue along in the 2017-2018 season, I first wanted to thank you for all your support. Our franchise has been the in Rochester for 62 seasons now and our season ticket members have and always will be the backbone of our club. Without your support and dedication, things would never be the same and we can’t thank you enough for being along for the ride.”

At the end of the 2016/2017 season many fans were reluctant to renew given the poor performance of the team. The fact that the organization has turned things around along with no price increase has resulted in a positive reaction. Yes, there’s still progress to be made in making it beyond the first round of the playoffs but there’s reason to believe management that they have this same goal as well.

Existing season ticket holders that renew will get the first round of the playoffs for free, opportunity to be selected to receive a “Jersey off the Back” at the final 2017/2018 regular season home game, a VIP locker room experience and an opportunity to be selected in monthly drawing (June – Sept) to win an autographed Amerks item.

New season ticket holders will received five vouchers for the remainder of the 2017/2018 regular season, playoff priority and an opportunity to be selected in monthly drawing (June – Sept) to win an autographed Amerks item.

Both groups will receive a season ticket member gift, be locked in to 2017/2018 pricing and one ticket per seat purchased to a select 2018/2019 Buffalo Sabres home game.

A $50 deposit by March 23, 2018 will provide the added benefit possibly getting a “jersey off the back” and first round of the playoffs or the five vouchers for anyone new signing up. A deposit by April 27, 2018 will guarantee the prices below.

The letter from Rob Minter ended with:

“Your support is the most important aspect of our franchise. We’d love to have you back for the 2018-19 season and far into the future. Please let us know if you have any questions and if there is anything we can do to improve your experience.”
