Iginla

Jerome Iginla is far from finished. Last year he was the Bruins leading goal scorer breaking the 30 goal mark. Boston decided that this wasn't good enough to keep him around and now he is with the Avs. Last night he scored the AV's first goal against Boston...his team leading 14th. (that would also be the Bruins leading goal scorer so far this season.

Bruins having a terrible time preserving 3rd period leads this season and yesterday was no exception. With the goalie pulled, Colorado tied the score late and then scored the only goal in the shootout to sink Boston. While the Bruins are 7-1-4 in their last 12 games...they are really struggling late in games and it OT/SO this season, which is why they are clinging to a playoff spot instead of dominating their division.

Speaking of struggling in OT/SO, the defending Stanley Cup Champ LA Kings are a dismal 2-12 in OT/SO and they are really having their troubles lately.
