Delaware North gift card

Post by Bluey » Sun Oct 21, 2018 12:58 pm

Got mine in the mail yesterday. My question is: How are they going to handle it if you want to get something from 2 or 3 different stands? If it was an actual gift card instead of a business card, I could see it. I wonder how they'll do this.

That has been the big question talked about on twitter on how they will handle that. No one has the answer yet

My question is how are they addressing the non season ticket holders who had to put up with that same BS???? I'm sure they bought food and drinks as well as STH'ers....

One group is a valuable returning customer base, another not so much. I hardly feel entitled to something like that just because I couldn't get a beef on weck sandwich I was looking forward to.

yea but since that one group got such crappy food and service that they will remember that and not come back....it's all about customer service unless you people in Rochester are happy with such shitty service then so be it....yet all I read is the lousy crowds that attend the games low attendance, well that's why, lousy food and customer service

Exactly. It's a lousy business card. If I want a hot dog for $4, how is the remaining $11 kept track of? Plus, you can't even buy a beer with it. It's useless as far as I'm concerned.

I never even got an email about any gift cards, great to see their communication lines to STH works.

I responded to the email....but don't have anything yet. Sounds like I might not be missing much anyway.

hmm that is disappointing. I buy food every now and then but beer every game. even the new smaller and more pricey beer.
