I responded to the email....but don't have anything yet. Sounds like I might not be missing much anyway.
There was a form you had to fill out through Delaware North.

You'll probably have better luck sending a message to @delawarenorth on Twitter and letting them know.

yea but since that one group got such crappy food and service that they will remember that and not come back....it's all about customer service unless you people in Rochester are happy with such shitty service then so be it....yet all I read is the lousy crowds that attend the games low attendance, well that's why, lousy food and customer service
How were they going to prove people were actually there? Customer service doesn't mean everyone is entitled to money because they didn't spend any money.

Why? Because you are a drinker & can't be beer with them? I actually think it is a good gesture for the problems of opening night. You can by food still. Only thing is I wonder if you have to spend the whole $15 at once.

If any of you ungrateful pricks don't want your gift cards, why not donate them to people who are willing to use them?

Yes. Exactly. They're nothing but a business card. If I buy something for $4, how is the other $11 kept track of. Do you realize how lame this is going to be handled at the next game? And, most people buy a beer at the game.

Such a lame answer. You have no idea what you are talking about. It's not about being grateful, it's about how they are going to be used. Most fans have a beer at the game and limiting what you buy is just nonsense.

I provided a lame answer and have no idea what I'm talking about because I disagree with you? Okay then. Typical self-righteous old person bullshit on this forum, which is why I haven't posted on here in years (plus, being a Montreal Canadiens fan, I really have no business here...).

I don't disagree that the business card setup is puzzling and going to be a pain to work with, but to complain that they're not applicable to beer sales is just being a whiny snob. 99% of companies probably wouldn't try to save face the way that Delaware North did here, and no company is going to give you a free beer because there generally are laws against that sort of thing (granted, these can be worked around). At the very least, DNC could've made this into some sort of a punch card to monitor how much you've spent on it.

Some people just can't be happy I guess. Good day, back to boycotting this generally negative cess pool.

Keith, ban my account. Thanks.
