The Amerks announced today that they’ll have 11 home games televised on Time Warner Cable SportsNet, a big difference from every game that’s been televised in recent seasons. Whether or not having all games on TV helped or hurt the team is a discussion that could go on forever. The games will be on Channel 26 or HD Channel 1026 in Rochester. Since games in previous seasons were also broadcast in Buffalo these should be as well.

Mike Catalana joins the broadcast team of Don Stevens and Ric Seiling as host
(Rochester, NY)… Rochester Americans Vice President of Business Operations Rob Kopacz announced today that Time Warner Cable SportsNet will televise 11 regular season Amerks games during the 2011-12 American Hockey League season.
