Re: The Wait is Over! It All Starts Again Tonite

Problem I have with the concessions is they don't have any healthy choices. So I will not be eating anything. They used to have a chicken Caesar wrap at one of the stands by the old stage end of the BCA but I don’t think they do anymore. Does anyone know if they still offer these anywhere? LMK Nope...

Probably I have with the concessions is they don't have any healthy choices. So I will not be eating anything. Not sure if you have tried it already, but Original Grain opened not too long ago at Tower 280. You could easily park near Broad and South Ave and walk over there to get food pre-game, and...

Re: The Wait is Over! It All Starts Again Tonite

The Rohrbach's prices didn't go up too much, it is now $10 for a 16 oz which isn't really that bad for craft beer I guess. None of the new food options are overly inspiring, at least they still have garbage plates which remain at $9, a steal for in arena food pricing. Like someone else mentioned, I ...

Re: The Wait is Over! It All Starts Again Tonite

$9.50 last year if I remember correctly, for Rohrbach's at least. $10+ is crazy for minor league hockey in an arena they still haven't really made any improvements to. But whatever, I stopped eating at the arena, I'll take a pass on the beer as well.

Re: The Wait is Over! It All Starts Again Tonite

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Crunch fans match us in volume. Saw on Twitter that they have a large-ish group coming, and if they sit where they normally do in 226, it looks like they have most of the section full. They are always loud even when it's only 5-10 of them. 70-100 will be a differen...

Re: Season Ticket Pick Up

A little off topic, but boy do ticket sales look rough for Friday night. I get that it's been pretty warm and hockey isn't really on many people's mind right now, but has there been any kind of advertising at all? Could easily be looking at one of the smallest home opener crowds in recent memory.

Re: Gord Dineen assumes head coaching duties

Kind of feels like they could have brought Dineen or someone else up instead of taking Taylor, especially for a temporary thing. Why rip the Amerks head coach away days before the season starts? Want to believe this isn't a big deal and shouldn't affect our season, but it just sucks to start things ...

Some of those glass ticket prices...yikes. How can people even see down there?

Re: Season Ticket Pick Up

..and people are cheering that Erica W has moved on? She may have been the most competent person (outside of Donnie) in the organization. Not saying a lot, but Amerks have a long ways to go when it comes to marketing, communication and efficiency. It just seems to get worse every year. Is that bein...

Re: Season Ticket Pick Up

This experience just confirms what I have said before that they need to introduce paperless tickets AND have an online account where you can login to take care of these matters. A login portal page could have all of this on it. Good thing I suggested this to them back in 2013. They allegedly alread...
